Welcome to ENG 022 Introduction to College Composition.
As you know, the main purpose of ENG 022 is to give you an additional semester practice in academic writing–to brush up on skills you haven’t practiced in a while, to build your confidence in college-level writing, and to spend lots of time writing, revising, drafting, and editing. That’s pretty much the name of the game–writing, writing, writing.
This blog/web page will be your on-line space for our class. By clicking the tab “Course Materials” at the top of the page, you will find the course syllabus, assignments, and additional resources. I will also use this space to post class updates. I may even ask you to participate in this on-line discussion.
So, I’ll keep this brief and welcome you to class. I am looking forward to a great semester!
